Acceptance

Warwick Cove Plumbing (“we”, “us”), of 69 Illinois Ave, Warwick, RI 02888, publishes plumberinwarwick.com. Browsing the site or dialing its number means you accept the terms below. Anyone who disagrees should stop using the site.

Our role

The website works as an advertising and call-connection service. A call to the listed number is routed to an independent plumbing service provider. We do no plumbing, and we are not your plumber. The provider is a separate company free to take or refuse your job and to set the conditions.

Jobs, costs and timing

• Any deal for plumbing work is made between you and the provider alone; we are not part of it.
• The provider answers for the work and charges for it. Raise cost and any other concern before agreeing to start.
• Content here is general and is neither a quote nor a substitute for a plumber’s inspection.
• Whether same-day service is possible turns on the problem, the hour of the call and the provider.

Safety

Our pages describe plumbing faults in broad terms and include safety advice. Gas, electrical and water systems all carry risk. Smelling gas means leaving the building and phoning the gas utility or 911 from outdoors. This site is no replacement for emergency services.

Your conduct

Do not abuse the site, disrupt it, harvest it with automated tools, or use it to place false, harassing or fraudulent calls.

Ownership of content

Copy, layout and graphics belong to us or to the parties that own them. Personal viewing and printing are fine. Any other reproduction or republication needs written consent from us.

External links

We include links to water suppliers, municipal offices and other sites as a courtesy. They sit outside our control, and we answer for none of what they say.

No promises about the service

Everything on the site is supplied “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that any provider can serve a given place at a given hour.

Liability

As far as the law permits, we accept no responsibility for indirect, incidental or consequential loss tied to the site, nor for what a provider does, fails to do, performs or charges. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded stays in place.
